Tristan's childhood was immersed in the world of home renovation, with countless hours spent in hardware stores as his family worked on building their future. This hands-on experience, combined with an early education in the trades, ignited his passion for construction. After earning a degree in business administration, Tristan returned to the Central Coast, where he gained invaluable experience working with various construction companies. His expertise further expanded while contributing to the State of California, overseeing the maintenance of diverse projects.

Josh's construction journey began early with a prominent General Construction company specializing in high-end renovations and large-scale commercial developments. His versatile skill set in both residential and commercial construction has earned him a reputable name in the industry. With an exceptional eye for design, Josh is a valuable asset to Central Coast Renovations, adeptly handling projects ranging from remodels to ground-up construction. The quality of his work can be seen in many locally renowned projects.

As the Sales and Design Manager at Central Coast Renovations, Lauree Riva brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic approach. With a background in business development and a passion for the construction industry, Lauree excels in building strong client relationships and driving project success. Her keen understanding of market trends and exceptional communication skills make her a valuable asset to the team. Lauree is dedicated to ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Whether coordinating with clients or collaborating with the construction team, Lauree’s commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of her work.

John brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to his role as Project Manager at Central Coast Renovations. John has successfully overseen a wide range of projects, from custom home builds to commercial renovations. Known for his strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality results, John works closely with clients, contractors, and designers to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget.

His hands-on approach and passion for the craft have earned him a reputation for being both reliable and results-driven. 

Matt Hames brings two decades of hands-on construction experience to Central Coast Renovations. A former division president who led teams of 100+ and managed nine-figure project portfolios, Matt combines high-level strategy with field-tested execution. He’s fluent in project management systems, job costing, and pre-construction planning—but it’s his ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and build trust that truly sets him apart. With a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand under pressure, Matt helps ensure CCR’s projects are not only well-built, but well-run. He’s passionate about doing things the right way—on time, on budget, and with purpose.

Ellie brings creativity, warmth, and a fresh perspective to every project she touches. Before joining Central Coast Renovations, she spent several years as a dedicated teacher—an experience that sharpened her ability to listen, communicate, and bring thoughtful structure to any challenge. Now, she’s channeling that same care and attention into her true passion: interior design. With a natural eye for aesthetics and a love for creating functional, beautiful spaces, Ellie helps clients reimagine their homes in ways that reflect their lifestyle and personality. Whether it’s selecting finishes, styling a space, or offering design guidance throughout a remodel, Ellie’s thoughtful approach ensures each detail has intention and impact.

Brian Gonzalez is a skilled craftsman at Central Coast Renovations, known for his precision, problem-solving mindset, and pride in a job done right. With a strong hands-on background in residential remodeling, Brian brings plans to life with careful attention to detail and a deep respect for quality materials and workmanship. He thrives on the technical side of construction and takes satisfaction in creating spaces that are not only beautiful, but built to last. Aiden Silverstien brings energy, focus, and a strong work ethic to his role at Central Coast Renovations. As a craftsman, Aiden is passionate about learning every aspect of the remodeling process and continually sharpening his skills on the job site. He approaches each project with curiosity and care, supporting the team through thoughtful execution and attention to finish details. Aiden’s positive attitude, adaptability, and drive to grow within the trade make him an important part of CCR’s commitment to delivering high-quality work for every client.

Hailey Smith brings a creative eye and a thoughtful approach to her role as a Junior Interior Designer. With a background in studio arts and a passion for creating spaces that feel balanced, personal, and harmonious, she enjoys helping transform ideas into environments that are both functional and beautiful.

Hailey has developed experience in residential interior design through independent projects for family and friends, where she has worked on space planning, mood boards, material selections, and styling. Her artistic foundation allows her to thoughtfully incorporate color, pattern, and texture to create spaces that feel cohesive and welcoming. Prior to entering the design field, she worked as an after-school teacher for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students, an experience that strengthened her creativity, patience, and communication skills.

She holds Associate Degrees in Studio Arts and Liberal Arts & Humanities from Cuesta College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture & Design.

Originally from Cambria and now living in Paso Robles, Hailey draws much of her inspiration from the natural beauty of the Central Coast. Outside of work, she enjoys art, creative projects, and exploring new sources of design inspiration in nature.

Tim Youngdale brings a diverse background in sales, marketing, and construction to his role as Sales Associate at Central Coast Renovations. Before joining the team, Tim spent five years in semiconductor manufacturing, where he helped develop a new prototyping program with Fortune 500 company Applied Materials. He later spent three years in software sales before transitioning into the construction industry, most recently serving as a Business Development Manager for a local architecture firm. Tim holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from Azusa Pacific University.

A fourth-generation San Luis Obispo County native, Tim was born and raised in Templeton. His connection to construction runs deep. His father served as a building inspector for SLO County and his grandfather owned a construction company. Growing up around the building industry sparked a lifelong appreciation for the craft and the impact thoughtful design can have on people’s lives.

Tim and his wife, Katie, returned to Templeton in 2021 and recently welcomed their first child, a fifth-generation SLO County native. Outside of work, Tim enjoys golfing, surfing, cooking, hiking, and spending time with his family. 

Dawn Ventura is the dynamic Marketing Manager at Central Coast Renovations, bringing over a decade of experience in strategic marketing and brand management. Dawn's expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and market analysis has been instrumental in elevating the company's profile and expanding its reach. Dawn's passion for the construction industry and her keen eye for design ensure that every marketing initiative aligns perfectly with the company's vision and values. Her dedication to excellence and her ability to connect with clients make her an invaluable member of the Central Coast Renovations team.
